Returns & Exchanges
In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:
- - Items that are physically damaged or defective;
- - Items that are wrongly delivered;
- - Wrong Color, style, size, quantity...
All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We will dispatch a replacement of your choice in accordance with this Policy.
We do refunds only in genuine case of:
- Delivery: Wrong delivery, lost package.
- Defective products.
In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days depend on your credit card company.
Order changes and Cancellations
Our products are custom manufactured to fit your specifications. In the event you need to change or cancel your order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, an order may not be cancelled or changed if it is already in production. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Our email is email@example.com
